What is your return policy?
Umhoo Shop has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to Umhoo Shop within 30 days upon the receipt of your product and returned product must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. If the promotional item is not included in your return, the total amount of the promotional item will be deducted from your total return amount
