Warranty Terms

Our digital frame products are covered by a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your digital frame experiences manufacturing defects or failures due to material issues under normal usage conditions, we will provide free repair or replacement services.

Warranty Coverage:
The following situations are covered under the warranty within the warranty period:

1.Hardware malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects or material issues, such as display screen issues, power problems, etc.
2.Failures not caused by human damage or accidents.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Additional charges may apply for repair services required after the warranty period.

Warranty Procedure:
If you require repair service, please follow the steps below:

1.Keep your purchase receipt as proof of warranty coverage.
2.Contact our customer service team and provide the product's serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and the purchase receipt.
3.Our customer service team will provide further guidance, which may include shipping the product or visiting an authorized service center for repair.
4.Once the repair is completed, we will return the product to you as soon as possible.

Warranty Exclusions:
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1.Damages caused by human factors or misuse of the product.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
2.Damages caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, or other force majeure events.
3.Failures caused by accidents or abnormal usage.
